Mediated Tours for Organised Groups

An individual mediated tour is designed for an organised group. You can take part with your friends, acquaintances, or colleagues. To do so, you’ll need to purchase a ticket.

Why did the format of paid mediation arise?

Introducing paid tours is a natural stage in the development of our mediation programme, and a direct response to frequent requests from organised groups wishing to visit. Our priority is to keep contemporary culture accessible to everyone while preserving the resources of our team without limiting the broader audience.

How to join an individual tour

To purchase a ticket, click the Tickets button. Select a suitable date. In the next field, indicate the number of registrations for entry to GES-2, equal to the number of participants. Then choose one ticket for any mediated tour that interests you and complete your order.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is complete, you will receive by email:
— A ticket for the individual mediated tour.
— The specified number of registrations for entry to GES-2 for each member of your organised group.

Individual mediated tours begin at 18:00. On request, they can also be arranged at a different time—please contact hospitality@v-a-c.org. Your mediator will meet you by the left-hand information desk at the Square (next to the Restaurant).

Mediators can conduct tours of the building and current exhibitions in English.
