Parking

GES-2 House of Culture has its own underground parking lot with 208 spaces. The Parking can be accessed from Bolotnaya Embankment. Eight charging stations for electric cars are available on the –2 level, and we also have wider parking spaces available for visitors with disabilities. The maximum vehicle height is 2.2 metres.

The Parking is open from 8:00 until 24:00. During the House of Culture’s working hours (11:00–22:00) it is possible to enter GES-2 from the –1 level of the Parking. In order to enter the House of Culture, you will need to register in advance for a timed-entry ticket on our website.

From 8:00 until 11:00, prior to the opening of the House of Culture, you can enter the Parking, park your car, and go out onto the streets. However, please be aware that you will only be able to return to your car through the GES-2 building once the House of Culture has opened at 11:00. Please make sure you have registered for a timed-entry ticket beforehand on our website.

If you experience difficulties with entry, exit, or payment, please contact our operator by pressing the button on one of the payment booths.

The cost of parking is 400 rubles per hour. Please take a ticket from the terminal alongside the gate when you enter, and keep hold of this ticket until you leave the Parking. Payment for parking can be made using a bank card or in cash at one of the payment terminals on the −1 and −2 levels. You will need to leave the Parking within 15 minutes of having paid.

Free parking is available for families with many children and for visitors with disabilities. If you are eligible for free parking, please speak to one of our team at the Information Desk upon entering the House of Culture. We will ask you to show both your free-parking accreditation and parking ticket.

How to enter the Parking
