The Vaults: ColLab 2025. Open Call

ColLab is a permanent programme at the Vaults Centre for Artistic Production. Every year, we invite designers, artists, architects, musicians, and representatives of other creative professions to realise their projects at our workshops.

As part of the grant programme, participants have access to all the equipment at the Vaults, are provided with all necessary materials, receive technical support from Vaults specialists, and have the opportunity to develop their practice through collective production.

We welcome submissions from Deaf and hard of hearing creators. To ensure accessibility, we provide participants with individual FM system devices and Russian Sign Language interpretation services.

The open call will take place in two stages: an initial examination of submitted project applications and a final selection following online interviews. The results of the competition will be published on the GES-2 website.

Entry conditions

You are eligible to participate in the ColLab programme if: — you are over 18 years old;
— you are prepared for ongoing independent work in the workshops (10:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Thursday, 10:00 to 17:45 on Fridays).

Participants in the ColLab programme may work on a single project in one or several of the workshops at the Vaults.

Unfortunately, transportation and accommodation is not covered for participants not residing in Moscow.

The copyright for works produced by ColLab programme participants belongs to their creators. The works may be used in V–A–C projects with their authors’ consent.
