How does cold influence the development of the Universe? How have winter metaphors permeated culture throughout history? Can an enormous freezer be considered a work of art?

We will discuss these questions and more while exploring the Eternity Formulae exhibition—a project where cold is examined as a universal concept. Its transformations and variations exist at the intersection of artistic and scientific worlds—thus winter and sub-zero temperatures become both metaphors for solitude and symbols of utopian and realistic future scenarios.
By looking at cold from the perspective of a scientist, an architect, or a person from the distant past, we will explore how the meanings of this concept change depending on cultural and historical contexts.
