Our professional recording studio offers large and small recording rooms, an acoustic booth, and a control room, all built to modern standards. We can record up to 47 analogue channels simultaneously, edit, mix, and master projects, and produce podcasts and audiobooks. The studio also provides facilities and a dedicated space for creating soundtracks for film, television, and advertising.
We welcome composers and performers representing the new generation of classical and contemporary music. The recording rooms are convenient for small ensembles and musicians who need to record a single, or several individual pieces.
Artists who have recorded at the Vaults include Anton Batagov for Melodiya, the Vacuum Quartet for Fancymusic, the vocal ensemble N’Caged, Natasha Miusha, Margo Vrubel, as well as the podcast Iskusstvo dlya patsanchikov [Art for Lads] and several podcasts for Arzamas.academy.
The pride of our studio is a Steinway & Sons B-211 grand piano.
Our Composing room is fully equipped for sound and media artists, arrangers, and musicians. We offer a wide range of analogue and electronic keyboards, and our Apple Mac Pro 7.1 workstation includes all the essential software for working with sound: Avid Pro Tools Ultimate, Logic Pro X, Reaper, Native Instruments Kontakt, Iris, Reaktor, Komplete 12, and the Arturia V Collection.
Completed work can be evaluated in our listening room, outfitted with valve amplifiers and an Audio Note sound system.
