T

David Lynch had the gift of always remaining himself, and at the same time he was one of the most inventive filmmakers in history. This screening features five of his short films: Six Men Getting Sick (1967), The Alphabet (1968), The Grandmother (1970), The Amputee (1974), and The Cowboy and the Frenchman (1988). Some of these were shot at the very beginning of Lynch’s career, even before his debut Eraserhead, and the last one at its peak, shortly after the global success of Blue Velvet.
